The husband and my nephew Garrett. We had a great view from the hotel, however, I'll not stay at the Crowne Plaza again.
I also hope to post some pictures from out baptism this last weekend. The husband and I joined a church recently and so we had to get baptized again. A friend of mine took a few photos when she sends those, I'll post them up.

So Monday I went to dinner with my Meme! She and I went to Ruby Tuesdays. I got the salad bar and did my usual. Nothing drastic. Then I got a small bowl of the Chicken Chili. HELLO SODIUM! In fact when I weighed yesterday morning it was up 4 lbs!
I've spent the last 2 days drinking my water and trying hard to lose that water. Hopefully by tomorrow I'll be back in full swing. I'm opting to wait one more day before I weigh. I'll post my results tomorrow!
I better jet. I have multiple jobs needing my attention this afternoon.

Again, so glad it's over!
I had WI today and was down another 1.2 lbs. Yes, I am currently down 7 lbs since I committed to WW online. I've been journaling like crazy and love it! Best thing I've done. It seems to be keeping me on track right now.
Tonight we're going to dinner and a baseball game with friends. We're having sushi. I love sushi, but we're going to a new place tonight. We'll see. Hopefully it'll be good.
Then off to a baseball game. It is miserably hot here, so I'm sure we won't stay for the entire game!
St. Louis was fun. I have some pictures and I'll post those soon. We had to buy a throw away camera because we forgot ours...OOOPS!

Our trainer posted something this week about losing momentum around week 3. Honestly, I feel like I'm back in my groove again. I'm back on track, not splurging out of control etc. I'm learning all over again how to make this a lifestyle change. I'm pumped about my results and excited to see what the next 3 weeks holds.
I'm down 5.8 lbs in 3 weeks. SWEEET! I really want to get in the 150's, so thats my next goal.
While at my WW meeting, a lady told me about guiltless black bean dip. Oh my. I loved it. I had it with a few baked chips and it was Yummy!
She also recommended these. I tried them, but I wasn't killed over them. They taste very similar to soy crisps. I probably won't get these again:
Anyhow, I would highly recommend the black bean dip and the baked corn chips. I'll be getting that again. As for the pop chips....I could take it or leave it on those.
This weekend the hubs and I are heading to St. Louis to see a Cardinal game. I'm looking forward to it!

Monday was Bunco with my Sunday School Class.
Tuesday was dinner with my sister
Wednesday was moving my MeMe (grandmother) to Arkansas
Thursday was helping unload and set up her new home
As you can see I've been running ninety to nothing all week. Of course I also worked everyday.
This week at my WI I lost another 2 lbs. I'm just so pleased. I can't begin to tell you how exciting it is to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I'm committed to this, so I hope I'll see another lb gone on Wednesday. When I've done WW in the past I averaged about 1 lb down a week. I'll take that.
My goal for the PNP challenge was to lose 10 lbs. I'm already half way and we're only 2 weeks in to the 8 week challenge.
With my hectic week my exercise has been sporadic. I plan to do something today, tomorrow and Sunday.
This week our church is participating in 24 hours of prayer. Our church has taken a giant growth spurt and we're praying about about making new changes such as 3 services instead of 2. It is awesome to see that we can no longer have 2 services because we've outgrown the facility! Anyhow, Daniel and I went yesterday morning at 5. Man was I tired yesterday. From moving MeMe on Wednesday to little sleep on Wednesday night! I was dog tired last night. I fell asleep at 9.
