I started logging in SparkPeople again. I figured I needed to watch my fat, carbs and protein a little more carefully.
My trainer has been looking over my menu and says it looks good. I am eating around 1500 cals a day. Hopefully that will help me shed some of this remaining amount of fat.

L: Tilapia, side of broc.
S:1 Rice Cake with 1 Tbsp PB
D: Salmon, side of broc.
